My heart is full of love and appreciation for the elders who have come before me, who have guided me and taught me so much; my spirit guides, my higher self, my incarnate teachers. Thank you for everything you have taught me. Thank you for your patience with me, your kindness and generosity of spirit.

Thank you to the Larrakia mob, the traditional owners of the lands I live in now. Thank you my Arrernte brothers and sisters, whose land hosted my birth and grew me up. Thank you to the people of the Gumbaynggirr country, which I also call home.

I am sorry for your loss. May our future shine bright with healing and hope.

Blessed BE
