Hello! I’m just experimenting with creating a video blog. My first one ever! This was a spontaneous experiment that branched off from the playing I’m doing with video-creation in general at the moment, for the on-line courses I’m creating. Next time I’ll make sure the lighting is better, but it’s a good start; toe in the water, so to speak! This video is a dear-diary … Continue reading Video Blog Experiment

While writing Wildflower Spirit Journey, there was a subtle theme that kept popping up for me over and over again: holism. I saw it in my mother’s nature-based spirituality, the Aboriginal art I was surrounded by as a child, and the yin-yang teaching style given to me by my spirit guides, Khryse and Tomas.
Both my grandmother and my great-uncle had an enormous childhood influence on my life, imprinting within me their love for nature, science, anatomy and physiology, helping people, wildflowers and photography. Many years ago I made a rare visit to a psychic for a wonderful reading that still seems relevant to my life in so many ways. I remember her saying “You are studying a degree in order to attain qualifications after your name so you will be taken seriously, but your real training is being provided by your spirit guides”. At the time of the reading I was studying naturopathy and I had no idea I would be working alongside this lady six months later doing my own readings for people.
Sticky Brain Syndrome is a tongue-in-cheek syndrome that I invented this morning in the shower, after telling my mind, in no uncertain terms, to shut up because I was entirely fed up with hearing the same sentence repeated over and over again. Thankfully, it listened and dutifully went quiet.
