Description

The Cleanse Yourself herbal blend helps your aura identify and release stagnant Qi and energies that either aren’t yours, or that you simply need to let go of. This cleansing process restores Qi flow and sparkle. The slightly salty flavour and sea-weedy scent of this blend connects us with the healing energy of the ocean, providing a softening, moistening of hard, calloused, dried up Qi that lacks yin softness and fluidity.

USING YOUR BOTTLE

Omanisa recommends using this bottle in the following way:

  1. Notice when you’re feeling flat and tired, or even slightly irritable with the world, or disinterested in it. Notice when you’re finding ways to avoid feeling vulnerable feelings like sadness, perhaps by staying busy or indulging in addictions.
  2. Take a dose from your bottle. You can dilute it in water (or your coffee etc) or just put in straight under your tongue for an intense explosion of flavour! You can dose yourself multiple times a day (just don’t drink it all at once).
  3. Now take a moment to imagine standing under a waterfall of light, and letting it wash over you and through you, washing you clean. If you have Om’s Rainbow Medicine card and book set read the contemplation questions for this card and reflect on them, and/or access one of the audio meditations.
  4. In the hours and days that follow, you might notice yourself crying. Happy tears, sad tears, deeply moved tears… just let them flow, let the tears roll down your face, and know you are being washed clean!

If you want a more structured dosing routine, take a dose morning and night. You can also put a few drops on your hands, rub them together and then comb your fingers through your aura. With most of the bottles, the changes are deep and slow, but we have found that of all the bottles, this is one that tends to work faster. More pressing issues tend to resolve within hours or days of taking the remedy, but there are deeper ones that will begin to heal quietly in the background and this work may take many months.

Each bottle contains a range of carefully selected tinctures from Omanisa’s herbal dispensary, enhanced by the addition of her flower, colour and gem essences. Tinctures are liquid herbal remedies, where plants are soaked in alcohol to extract their medicine. The one-of-a-kind flower essences have been gathered by Omanisa and her husband of 33 years, from the Australian outback. Omanisa also makes her own gem and Aura Essences. 

DROP-DOSING

Over her 20 plus years of practice as a naturopath, Omanisa has experimented with herbal tincture dose strengths and blends to get the best results when treating common imbalances found in the aura and its chakras. Like people, plants have an energy field, a unique aura pattern/signature. When humans are exposed to this spiritual medicine, it coaxes their aura into a healthier pattern. Think of the plant’s aura as being like a tuning fork for our own!

The human aura is more sensitive to (or aware of) a plant’s energy signature when the dose is lowered. Smaller doses not only tap into the spirit medicine of the plant, they’re safer for “sensitives”, people who are psychic or highly empathic (eg healers). These gentle souls often have sensitive nervous systems and allergies and they respond better to lower doses.

ABOUT OM’S RAINBOW MEDICINE SYSTEM

Om’s Rainbow Medicine bottles are part of a chakra-based system of healing created by Australian spiritual naturopath Omanisa Ross. Each bottle matches with an oracle card in Omanisa’s oracle card and book set. The book contains contemplation questions, OMANTRAS (an embodied affirmation method for healing), and access via QR code to a community chat group on Om’s website containing audio recordings of the OMANTRA Method, a guided meditation for each card/bottle, and more detailed information about how how the ingredients work their magic, along with photographs of the herbal medicine and flower essence ingredients.

In consultations, Omanisa does readings for her clients using her Aura Cards and then draws one Rainbow Medicine card to see which medicine bottle to use during the healing. The spirit-medicine of the plants in this bottle become her “herbal gloves” and then the bottle is prescribed for the client to take home and use.
