Shuffle a card to find your remedy for the day (or week). You can set an intention beforehand, where you ask which remedy is best suited to helping you achieve a specific outcome. Consult the book for mindfulness contemplation questions, guided meditation, and an embodied affirmation body-scanning meditation that helps you clear blockages in the chakra.

Your matching herbal blend can be found in the box, in a Dispensing Bottle with a secure cap, designed for long-term freshness and potency. These bottles will keep beautifully for up to two years when stored in a cool, dark place away from heat and light.

To take your dose, tip a small amount into the bottle cap — about half a capful is perfect — and pour this into a glass of water or your water bottle. If you prefer to use one of the small dropper-top bottles, fill it using your Refill Dropper (the large reusable dropper packed separately in your kit). Pull the Refill Dropper apart afterwards and rinse it thoroughly.

Because evaporation and oxidation occur quickly in small dropper bottles, please finish these within two weeks. And don’t forget to shake it before you take it — this helps distribute the herbal goodness evenly.
