Om’s Ground Yourself blend is full of earthy sweet herbs that calm and stabilise the nervous system. They’re also very soothing for the gut flora and lining, which could well be considered the soil we are planted in. This blend helps the body adapt to stressors and build robust strength. It quietens the mind and helps us release nervous tension.
USING YOUR BOTTLE
Omanisa recommends using this bottle in the following way:
- Notice when you aren’t being present in the moment and staying anchored in your body. Notice when you’re numbing yourself by tuning out from your body, or speeding through life so fast you’re missing out on really connecting with the world around you in meaningful ways. Notice when anxiety makes you tense, affects your sleep, or causes too much noise in your head!
- Take a dose from your bottle. You can dilute it in water (or your coffee etc) or just put in straight under your tongue for an intense explosion of flavour! You can dose yourself multiple times a day (just don’t drink it all at once).
- Now take a moment to imagine being like a tree with a roots stretching into the earth. Take a deep breath and imagine dropping all your tension into the earth. If you have Om’s Rainbow Medicine card and book set read the contemplation questions for this card and reflect on them, and/or access one of the audio meditations.
- In the hours, days and weeks that follow, notice when you ARE being present, slowing down, and feeling relaxed in ways that help you really savour the moment.
If you want a more structured dosing routine, take a dose morning and night, and rub a little on your feet before bed. Best results come from consistent daily use. Quite often, the changes will sneak up on you slowly over time, and the magic from the bottle will continue to bring positive changes even after you’ve finished it. Most of the bottles will have finished their “work” on you within 7 months of use.

Each bottle contains a range of carefully selected tinctures from Omanisa’s herbal dispensary, enhanced by the addition of her flower, colour and gem essences. Tinctures are liquid herbal remedies, where plants are soaked in alcohol to extract their medicine. The one-of-a-kind flower essences have been gathered by Omanisa and her husband of 33 years, from the Australian outback. Omanisa also makes her own gem and Aura Essences.
DROP-DOSING
Over her 20 plus years of practice as a naturopath, Omanisa has experimented with herbal tincture dose strengths and blends to get the best results when treating common imbalances found in the aura and its chakras. Like people, plants have an energy field, a unique aura pattern/signature. When humans are exposed to this spiritual medicine, it coaxes their aura into a healthier pattern. Think of the plant’s aura as being like a tuning fork for our own!
The human aura is more sensitive to (or aware of) a plant’s energy signature when the dose is lowered. Smaller doses not only tap into the spirit medicine of the plant, they’re safer for “sensitives”, people who are psychic or highly empathic (eg healers). These gentle souls often have sensitive nervous systems and allergies and they respond better to lower doses.
ABOUT OM’S RAINBOW MEDICINE SYSTEM
Om’s Rainbow Medicine bottles are part of a chakra-based system of healing created by Australian spiritual naturopath Omanisa Ross. Each bottle matches with an oracle card in Omanisa’s oracle card and book set. In consultations, Omanisa does readings for her clients using her Aura Cards and then draws one Rainbow Medicine card to see which medicine bottle to use during the healing. The spirit-medicine of the plants in this bottle become her “herbal gloves” and then the bottle is prescribed for the client to take home and use.
