An excerpt from Aura Colour Therapy, written by Omanisa Expression Blue has depth and sparkle, like an azure blue sky reflected on the surface of a lake, with little glints of white sparkles and streaks, where sunlight strikes the water. On a feeling level, it feels energetic and lively, like a passionate flow of conversation, with animated hand and body movements being used to … Continue reading Expression Blue (Aura Colour)
This is an old piece or writing I did many years ago. I’ve since incorporated Truth Blue into the Aura Card named “Expression Blue”, because they are different facets of the same aura frequency. This colour is all about finding balance in the throat chakra. Not enough truth/expression blue, and you won’t have an opinion. Or you have one but you won’t express it. Too much and … Continue reading Truth Blue : Aura Colour
After recently making one of my magic raw vegan cakes and posting the recipe up on my vegan naturopathy site, one of my friends said “Yes, but where is the information about the cake’s magic?!” She misses the chakra cake posts! So I promised I would write a blog about the magic in this cake. I usually set the healing intent for a cake before I begin making it but this time the cake making process kind of swept me up and I became totally lost in making the cake simply for the pure joy of it.
“So does this cake have any magic in it?” I asked Spirit.
Of course it does!, came the reply. I’ve certainly been feeling a lot happier and lighter since making it, and every time I have a piece I feel all floaty and soft afterwards.
“So tell me about this magic”, I said to Spirit, and promptly pulled a series of aura cards. Continue reading “Magic cake – Raising heart chakra frequency”
Thank you to mum for this old photo. This has been up on mum’s photo board for as long as I can remember. It’s one of my favourites. I’m not sure how old I am here. 7 or 8 years old perhaps? I’m guessing these are Hal’s camels and the one I’m with is probably Sam. I love camels.
The funny thing is, I found this photograph quite by accident yesterday, after it went missing for over a year, on exactly the same day camel spirit medicine helped me during a healing with a client. I was shown a blockage in her throat chakra and ‘went in’ to it. ‘Going in’ means diving, melting, falling into this part of the energy field with my mind, my focus, my awareness…. while also sliding my energy hand into the chakra so I can feel around.
Ever since I was a young child, I’ve been intrigued with mythology and ancient cultures. I can remember teaching myself how to read Egyptian hieroglyphics and when I was a teenager, I loved playing with my auntie Maggie’s Egyptian card and book set… I can’t remember for the moment what it was called.
Just came back from camping at Darwin River. Had a great time! Got up early yesterday morning, gathered up flower essence making kit and went searching. The first essence I made was of a grass flower, one I’ve met before and photographed but never actually sat down and had a conversation with. The setting was beautiful- on the edge of a pandanus strip, beginning of April, slightly mossy wet ground, surrounded by birdsong. I heard some calls I’ve never heard before! My husband came looking for me towards the end of the session and I guided him towards me via walkie-talkie by telling him to walk towards the kookaburras. Continue reading “Flower Essence Bushwalk”
